Primary Working Hours are Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Additional Compensation: Along with our great benefits we also offer addition compensation for working outside of normal business hours! These shift differentials are stacked on top of your base pay wen working evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Senior Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health or closely related behavioral science field and two (2) years of experience in professional case management behavioral health services. Contingent on training availability, department-sponsored case management certification will be completed within 30 days of the start date.
Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Requires a baccalaureate degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health field. Contingent on training availability, department-sponsored case management certification will be completed within 30 days of the start date.
Special Requirements:
Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and, as such, have a valid driver’s license.

About us: Jim Taliaferro Community Mental Health Center in Lawton, Altus, and Duncan, OK is a community-based center with a primary focus on mental health and substance abuse treatment. The inpatient and outpatient services they provide include special groups and programs for adolescents, persons with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, seniors and older adults, women, men, and criminal justice groups.
