Senior Programs Manager - Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC)
About the Position: The Senior Program Manager will work closely with the Division Director of Adult Outpatient Services to lead the continued development, implementation, and management of Oklahoma CCBHCs. This role will require a solid foundation in program management, program oversight, targeted program training/technical assistance and strategic planning. The Senior Program Manager will also supervise a team of professionals and oversee the management of Oklahoma CCBHCs including community crisis services within CCBHC.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the ongoing development, implementation, and management of Oklahoma CCBHCs, ensuring alignment with state and federal guidelines.
Provide program oversight and strategic planning in the management of adult outpatient services and community crisis services within the CCBHC framework.
Supervise, mentor, and support a team of professionals working within CCBHCs.
Facilitate targeted program training and technical assistance to ensure staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills required for effective service delivery.
Ensure CCBHC services are consistently meeting high standards of care, compliance, and performance outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including community partners, to strengthen the impact of CCBHC services in the community.
Research emerging best practices and trends in behavioral health and integrate them into CCBHC program operations.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field;
Five years of work experience in the behavioral health field,
Knowledge of the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic model;
2 years of experience managing staff and managing projects and/or programs;
Experience with crisis services, care coordination, high intensity best practice models, integrated care and evidenced based practices preferred.
Preference may be given to applicants who hold a current Oklahoma state license as an LBHP, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LCSW
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Master’s degree,
Four years of professional experience,
Or a bachelor’s degree and five years of professional experience,
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional level experience for each year of the required education.
Special Requirements:
Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license.
