About the Position: This position manages and directs the treatment court program and provides supervision to program staff to ensure the successful day-to-day operations of the program. This person will act as a liaison between all parties associated with the multidisciplinary treatment court team, to include court personnel, treatment providers, ODMHSAS, probation and parole and/or OKDHS Child Welfare, in addition to the surrounding community. The Treatment Court Coordinator will coordinate with their treatment court team to develop and implement policies and procedures; participant handbooks, collect program data, and assist with program evaluation.

About us: Jim Taliaferro Community Mental Health Center in Lawton, OK is a community-based center with a primary focus on mental health and substance abuse treatment. The inpatient and outpatient services they provide include special groups and programs for adolescents, persons with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, seniors and older adults, women, men, and criminal justice groups.

Job Type/Salary:
- Annual Base Salary is $53,000.00
- Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field or closely related behavioral science field and three years of professional experience in direct patient care of psychiatric and/or substance abuse clients.
- Preference given to candidates that possess supervisory experience, and/or mental health or drug court experience.
- Willing to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with position, e.g., attend training etc. Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
