Job Description
Northwest Center for Behavioral Health (NCBH) is seeking a dedicated Therapist to provide mental health services at our Fort Supply Inpatient location. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a comprehensive mental health and substance abuse service team, working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
As a therapist at NCBH, you will be responsible for the delivery of mental health services including treatment planning, progress documentation and supervising the clinical team. The position requires strong assessment skills and the ability to implement evidence-based interventions to support client care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct mental health services to adults, including conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise a treatment team, offering both administrative and clinical guidance.
- Maintain accurate progress documentation for clients in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions and a variety of assessment tools to meet clients’ needs.
- Participate in training opportunities to expand your professional skills and knowledge.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field; and
Must be actively and regularly receiving board approved supervision OR
Must be a practitioner with a license to practice in the state issued by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology, Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor (Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC/MH)
Annual Salary: $66,000 - 71,000 (Salary range based on experience, tenure and certification)
- Licensure Candidate - Under Supervision $66,000 - $31.73 Hourly
- Licensed Behavioral Health Professional $71,000 - $34.13 Hourly
- 5% Longevity Incentive at 1 Year and 3 Year DMHSAS service!
- Total Compensation up to $100,000+ includes base salary, retirement and state paid benefit allowance to help pay for your benefit elections! (based on the number of covered dependents - includes longevity payments)

NCBH provides excellent treatment to all of Northwestern Oklahoma. We are licensed and Joint Commission accredited since 1974. We provide complete mental health and substance abuse services for the individuals of Northwest Oklahoma in our outpatient offices, transitional residential program and our inpatient psychiatric unit. We are currently recruiting for Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals at our Outpatient Facilities and Inpatient Facilities! We have positions available in Woodward, Enid, Alva, Fairview and Guymon!
Special Requirements:
Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background.
Must possess a US driver’s license to perform job related travel if necessary.
Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs. Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result.
(if Required) Applicants must submit to a physical examination and shall meet the physical examination requirements of occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds and be able to pull a maximum force of 25 pounds.
THIS AGENCY REQUIRES COVERAGE 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS PER WEEK. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION MAY VARY DEPENDING ON BUSINESS NECESSITY. EMPLOYEES MAY BE REQUIRED TO WORK WEEKENDS AND OVERTIME.
