Director of Children's Clinical Services
About the Position:
Join the Executive Management Team at the Children’s Recovery Center (CRC) and play a vital role in shaping clinical services for youth across Oklahoma. This leadership position oversees the delivery of evidence-based treatment within our children’s program and is responsible for supervising Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals (LBHPs) and case management staff. You will be instrumental in setting strategic direction and ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care for youth with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
Salary & Benefits:
Annual Salary Range: $73,000 – $84,893 (based on experience, DMH tenure, and certification)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-time | FLSA Status: Exempt
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a behavioral science field
Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with individuals experiencing both mental health and substance use disorders
One (1) year of supervisory experience
Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional as defined by Title 43A of the Oklahoma Statutes
Special Requirements:
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Ability and willingness to travel as needed for the role
About CRC:
The Children’s Recovery Center of Oklahoma, located in Norman, is a specialized facility under the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS). CRC serves youth aged 12–17 from all 77 Oklahoma counties, providing residential treatment and community crisis stabilization services. We specialize in treating substance use, co-occurring mental health issues, and trauma.
