About the PositionThe Adult Clinical Services Manager will work closely with the Division Director of Community Based Services to lead the development, implementation, and management of behavioral health programs across the state of Oklahoma within our contracted provider network. This role will require a solid foundation in clinical practices, strategic planning, and program management. The Adult Clinical Services Manager will also supervise a team of professionals and oversee the implementation and delivery of evidence-based practices while ensuring the overall success of various behavioral health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize clinical knowledge to guide the development and implementation of evidence-based practices in adult outpatient services.
  • Supervise and support staff, providing leadership and mentorship to ensure high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Lead program development initiatives, designing and implementing innovative approaches to meet consumer needs.
  • Oversee the coordination and delivery of evidence-based training to the provider network.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the integration of best practices across the department and provider network.
  • Track program performance, analyze outcomes, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Research and evaluate emerging behavioral health trends and incorporate them into program.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
  • Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, or related field;
  • Five years of work experience in the behavioral health field, experience managing staff, managing projects and/or programs and knowledge of behavioral health best practice.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care best practices, implementing behavioral health best practices and experience with applying behavioral health protocols preferred. 
  • Preference may be given to applicants who hold a current Oklahoma state license as an LBHP, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LCSW
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
  • Master’s degree and two years of professional experience;
  • Or a bachelor’s degree and three years of professional experience;
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional level experience for each year of the required education.
Special Requirements:
  • Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license
