About the Position: Change lives and come join a highly skilled leadership team who work alongside facility staff in providing care to high-risk individuals in a state facility located in the heart of the metro area. The Oklahoma County Crisis Intervention Center (OCCIC) is looking for a friendly, hard- working Assistant Facility Administrator to join their team!
This position will work with the Facility Administrator and other members of the leadership team to provide guidance and support for all facility staff. This position will be responsible for managing employees, addressing policy questions and violations, supervising some members of the leadership team, participating in the audits conducted by various accrediting bodies, and act as lead when the Facility Administrator is unavailable.

- FLSA Status: Exempt
- Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of professional business or public administration experience, including two (2) years in a supervisory or administrative capacity;
- or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one (1) year of professional or technical administrative experience in business or public administration for each year of the required education.
Special Requirements:
- Preference will be given to current Oklahoma County Crisis Intervention Center employees.
- Preference will be given to candidates who possess a master's degree in Psychology, Business, Public Administration, Nursing, Human Relations, Education, Communication, Social Work, Health Administration, or a closely related field, and who have administrative experience within a mental health or substance abuse treatment facility, children's treatment facility, or a health care or social services setting.
- Preference will be given to individuals who are currently licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor, Mental Health (LADC-MH), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or who possess other similar behavioral health licensure.
- Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license
