Central Oklahoma Community Mental Health Center (COCMHC), Norman, OK is currently recruiting for a Behavioral Health Case Manager to join their team at the drop in center. This position will be responsible for making referrals and coordinating care for all consumers that visit the center seeking services. Along with the rest of the center staff, this position will also focus on creating and maintaining community partnership and performing outreach. The treatment focus for this center will be to provide teaching and guidance on the 8 dimensions of wellness which are: emotional, social, spiritual, occupational, financial, environmental, physical, and intellectual.   • Salary: 
    • Sr. Behavioral Health Case Manager II: $45,000.00 ($21.63/hr) plus benefits!
    • Behavioral Health Case Manager: $40,000.00 ($19.23/hr) plus benefits!
  • FLSA Status: Nonexempt
  • Number of Vacancies: One (1)

Minimum Qualifications and Experience: 

  • Sr. Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Bachelors degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health field or closely related behavioral science field and two (2) years of experience in professional case management behavioral health services. 
  • Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Bachelors degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health field.
  • Offer of employment is conditional on becoming a certified CM II within the first 6 months of employment. 
  • Preference will be given to those that are currently a Certified Wellness Coach or have the ability to become certified within the first 6 months of employment.
