Embark on an exciting journey as the Executive Director of the Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health (TCBH) in Tulsa, OK. In this dynamic role, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive management, administrative, and clinical policies, and procedures for a large inpatient behavioral health facility. TCBH, an accredited 56-bed acute care psychiatric hospital, specializes in serving individuals experiencing mental health crises, with or without substance abuse, who are medically stable.

This position will spearhead the oversight of our new 140,000 square foot, 106-bed hospital, slated for completion by the end of 2025. This state-of-the-art facility, the Oklahoma Psychiatric Care Center, will feature a 24-hour crisis response Urgent Recovery Center and will be situated in the OSU Academic Medical District, near the new VA Hospital and the OSU Medical Center in downtown Tulsa.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Health Services Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Five years of administrative experience in mental health services, including program oversight and development, or administrative experience within a mental health facility
  • Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Preference may be given to candidates holding licensure in a qualified behavioral health field

Special Requirements:
  • Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position.
