About the Position: The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) is seeking a full-time administrative assistant II position. The selected individual will type the minutes of official meetings, tabular data, accounting reports, and forms, compose important correspondence frequently without review or instructions, examine, check, and verify reports for completeness, appropriateness, adequacy, and accuracy; determines conformity to established requirements. And perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Two years of experience performing various clerical and typing work and administrative experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Special Requirements: The selected individual must be willing to fulfill any job-related travel typically associated with the position.
