Administrative Programs Manager – Homeless Services
About the Position: The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) is currently seeking a Program Manager located in the Oklahoma City, OK area. The incumbent will directly report to the Director while coordinating and implementing programs for those in recovery and individuals experiencing homelessness and behavioral health and/or substance use concerns. Key responsibilities include data collection and providing technical assistance, consultation, and training to contracted providers, community stakeholders, partner organizations, and other state agencies. The Program Manager will also lead the development of housing initiatives based on best practices, fostering collaborative efforts across agencies to improve housing stability and recovery outcomes for vulnerable populations.

- Bachelor's degree and two years of professional experience,
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional level experience for each year of the required education.
