Job Type/Salary:

- Full-time, Located in the OKC metro and surrounding areas
- Annual Salary: $70,000
- Primary Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- FLSA Status: Exempt
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare, preferably with a focus on patient safety in a behavioral health setting.
- Familiarity with patient safety principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to review data and identify safety-related trends and opportunities.
- Certification in patient safety or quality improvement (e.g., CPHQ, CPPS) is a plus.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Four years of professional business or public administration experience
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional or technical administrative experience in business or public administration for each year of the required education.
Special Requirements:
- Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and must have a valid driver’s license.
