Administrative Programs Manager – Children’s Care Coordination
About the Position: This position will serve as the program manager over Children’s Care Coordination. Under the administrative direction of the Program Manager of Children’s Crisis and Special Projects. This role acts as the lead coordinator and manager for the Children’s Care Coordination Team. This position will provide support and work closely with community provider agencies, family advocacy organizations and ODMHSAS program staff. The primary goal is to coordinate care for at risk children, youth and families, offer outreach and engagement services, reduce hospitalizations, crisis stays, ER visits, and enhance overall access to care for these individuals. The Program Manager of Children’s Care Coordination will collaborate with state and community partners to ensure the coordination of behavioral health services for at risk children, youth and families. This includes managing and overseeing case staffings, provider meetings, trainings, data reporting, data analysis, and fiscal monitoring.

- Master’s degree;
- Two years of behavioral health professional service provision, consultative or administrative experience in behavioral health, social work, guidance and counseling, community-based prevention and diversionary youth services programs and juvenile justice, experience in instructing/directing a community service or recreational program;
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional level experience in the above listed areas for each year of the required education.
- Degree in social work, psychology, or other behavioral science or related field.
- Experience in the delivery of outpatient or inpatient mental health services, integrated health care coordination, case management, Wraparound and/or emergency and crisis intervention services.
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Two years of professional experience;
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional level experience for each year of the required education.
- Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license
