Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
About the Position: Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health in Tulsa, OK is currently recruiting for a Licensed Practical Nurse position. These positions are assigned responsibilities for performing technical direct and indirect nursing care in an inpatient residential treatment facility under the supervision or direction of a registered nurse or licensed physician. This includes taking vital signs, medication management, interaction with consumers and charting.

- Annual Salary is $60,000
- shift differentials when working evening, nights, or weekends

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a licensed practical nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing and three years of practical nursing experience.
Special Requirements:
Upon a condition offer of employment, Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services applicants must submit to a physical examination and shall meet the physical examination requirements of occasionally lifting/carrying 65 pounds and able to push and pull a maximum force of 25 pounds
